Moreton & Meols and Wallasey Wellbeing Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are a group of 8 GP Practices working together with other healthcare organisations to improve the health of our population and address health inequalities.
By collaboratively working together as 2 Networks, we are able to collectivise and utilise our resources and workforce to help tackle health inequalities in the surrounding areas. As 2 PCNs we are able to access additional funding for a wider variety of specialist roles. This helps us to address many of the components that influence health, that GPs could not confront previously due to resource constraints.

Working alongside our partner organisations, we also have an established team of ARRS healthcare professionals who utilise their combined expertise to deliver services which help to improve the health of the local population.
