COVID-19 Autumn Booster Vaccination Campaign
COVID-19 Autumn/Winter Booster Eligibility has changed!
COVID-19 affects older people and people with certain underlying health conditions more significantly than the rest of the population. For these reasons, people who fall into the following categories will be offered the COVID-19 Autumn/Winter booster vaccination:
- Individuals aged 75 years and over (including individuals who turn 75 years old by 31st January 2026)
- Residents in a care home for older adults
- Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed
If you are eligible, you will be contacted by your GP surgery. You should be offered an appointment between October and January 2025/2026. You are able to book your vaccination using the National Booking Service website or by calling 119.

If you are turning 75 years of age before 31st January 2026, you will be called for a vaccination during the campaign; you do not have to wait for your birthday.
