Wirral Carers Alliance – FREE ‘Commitment to Carers’ Conference

The Wirral Carers Alliance is hosting the FREE ‘Commitment to Carers’ Conference.

The event will be taking place on Monday 8th June 2026 at Eureka! Science and Discovery, Victoria Place, Wallasey, Wirral CH44 6QY.

The conference focuses on building Carer Friendly Communities, highlighting practical ways local organisations, workplaces, schools and services can better recognise and support unpaid Carers.

This event will bring together Carers, Support Services, and Key Organisations to establish how we can build Carer Friendly Communities and improve support for those who have caring responsibilities for family and friends. Members of our healthcare team will also be available on the day should you wish to come and speak to us, ask any questions, or seek support.

Who is this aimed at?

This event is for ALL unpaid Carers on Wirral, no matter what their circumstances and the type of caring role they have.

When/Where?

This is an all-day event on Monday 8th June 2026 at Eureka! Science and Discovery, Victoria Place, Wallasey, Wirral CH44 6QY.

The conference will be split across 3 sessions over the day to ensure there is flexibility and Carers can access the event at times that are convenient for them – sessions as follows:

Morning Session – 10am to 1pm
Afternoon Session – 1pm to 5pm
Evening Session – 4pm to 7pm

The Moreton & Meols and Wallasey Wellbeing Primary Care Network will be there all day from 10am-7pm!
